Valufy recognizes the value of accessibility and offers a freemium model that allows users to register and explore the Platform's functionalities free of charge. The freemium plan provides a valuable entry point for users who may be unfamiliar with online valuation tools or new to the investment landscape. While users on the freemium plan can still access the Platform and explore its basic features, functionalities may be restricted compared to paid subscription plans. For instance, the freemium plan might offer limited report generation capabilities, restrict access to advanced valuation methodologies, or exclude features like industry benchmarking data or scenario modeling tools.
Upon expiration of your paid subscription, your access to the Platform will not be completely terminated. However, your access level will be downgraded to the freemium plan, with limited features and functionalities. This ensures that even after a subscription expires, users can still access the Platform and explore its basic functionalities. To regain access to the full features of your previous subscription plan, you will need to renew your subscription. Valufy values its users and aims to provide a seamless experience, even after a subscription expires.
The Platform and all information and content provided therein are offered "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Valufy disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of information.
Valufy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided on the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the accuracy of any information obtained through the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valufy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or personal injury.
Valufy reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Platform.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
These Terms of Use and The Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Valufy regarding your access to and use of the Platform. Any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded by these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
